On May 16, 2024, I was travelling from Cornwall Ontario to Cape Breton, when I got a flat tire. I reached Canadian Tire in New Glasgow, to my surprise, they did not have Anyone to help me. I then went to Mobil to gas and the guy in the store advised me to go to Andy’s garage which his suggestion was extremely helpful. At Andy’s Tire shop, the reception who sits in the middle of the 3 receptionists made certain someone would help me. I was extremely grateful for her service!! The guy fixed my tire within 20 minutes, I paid and was on my way. NOW that’s extremely great service!! Thank you so much. You helped my vacation to be a good one. Thanks again!!

Excellent service friendly people.They fixed my tire and did not charge me. Very nice on them.

Just read the prior review. He says everything I wanted to say. We were towing our travel trailer through Truro when a tire blew out on the trailer. I called Andy's and spoke with Amanda. She had the tire in stock, Bradley mounted it and we were on our way in about 30 minutes. In these days of indifferent service, it was a pleasure to meet two people who regard friendly service as the most important part of their job.

Great service and no charge for tire leak. Called and got in within a half hour. Theirs a lot of company's in this area that could follow your example. Thankyou and I will remember.

Andy’s in Kingston always provides excellent service, including today when they quickly got me in and repaired a recurring leak in my rear tires, at no charge. I will continue to count on Andy’s and would highly recommend them!
